Phil Wynen
Phil brings years of experience in managing and owning multifamily real estate to the team. He has successfully bought, renovated, and sold thousands of homes and apartments in Georgia and Florida since 2004. Phil has a knack for controlling expenses and creating maintenance policies, procedures, and value add programs for himself and others. He enjoys the challenge of finding the path of least resistance when working on bringing large amounts of vacancies with deferred maintenance back on the rental line.
Most recently Phil consulted for a private equity fund creating their in-house property maintenance teams, honing the acquisition process, implementing lender requirements, overseeing cap-ex funds deployment to completion, and creating a value add program for a large portfolio of over 3500 units. Phil manages a team of consultants that can bring added value to any part of the management process.
Phil lives in Atlanta with his wife and children and enjoys family time, the outdoors and has a passion for aviation.

Danielle Miner
Danielle started in real estate when she bought her first distressed property in 2004 and started building her own rental portfolio. She served in the U.S. Army Reserve for 13 years in assignments that included Military Police Investigator, Physical Security Specialist, Anti-Terrorism Officer, and Security Manager. She also served as a Denver police officer before retiring as a result of a service injury.
Her unique experience in law enforcement and risk management led her to build, grow, and ultimately sell a successful property management firm in Charleston, SC that managed over 800 single and multi-family properties. Danielle then built an in-house property management company from scratch that provided operational leadership for thousands of units across 5 states. She specializes in property management processes, procedures, technology and bringing management in-house for large multifamily investors. She enjoys working with both local management teams and executive staff to bring efficiency and transparency to the property management process.
Danielle lives in Chattanooga with her family. She enjoys spending time in the mountains, eating unique food, and is a strong believer in giving back.
